Challenge: NBC PLC Ikeja needed to retrofit its 45,000 cpH line from standard B64 lids to CDL/ISE for compatibility with new formats, but the process risked downtime and potential can damages.
Solution: Support included servicing and setting lifters, replacing B64 toolings with CDL/ISE, configuring and calibrating the seam analyser, setting the lid feeding unit, checking drive conditions, and adjusting transport elements to eliminate damages.
Result: The line was successfully converted to run CDL/ISE lids with improved efficiency, greater flexibility, and readiness for future packaging needs.
